Navigator Real Estate Limited (NREL), conceptualized in early 2022 was subsequently incorporated on March 29, 2022, by the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 with the principal business of engaging in “all forms of real estate activities”. The Corporate Address is currently at Suite, FF04, Atoke Plaza, Opposite Amazing Filling Station, General Gas – Akobo Road, Ibadan, Oyo State and Lagos Office at Suite D238, Ikota Shopping Complex, Ikota, Lagos State, Nigeria.
NREL is a private limited liability company formed to play an important role by bridging an existing service delivery gap in the real estate industry particularly in Nigeria and with a medium-term plan of exploring strategic business relationships and deals in the international community. The Leadership and Management Team of NREL are carefully constituted to be a blend of honest and seasoned professionals in their respective fields with relevant skills, expertise, and cognate experience who have recorded great accomplishments to their credits in their careers. This strategic synergy of quality human resources and transparent due diligence business process are the valuable assets of NREL that make the company stands out in the array of many other real estate firms in Nigeria as of today.
