In 1994, Solomon founded Betheland Consult Limited, a Property Consultants, Surveying & Geoformation Company incorporated in Nigeria where he holds the position of Managing Director. He is also a Principal Partner of Betheland Associates, a professional partnership firm engaged in Survey and related practice that he later co-founded in 1998. Solomon was a member of the Board of Directors of Zigate Microfinance Bank Limited based in Lagos between 2011 – 2021 and has been the Chairman, School Council of RockGold Schools Limited from 2010 to date.

Prior to this time, Solomon was engaged in 1991 as Survey Assistant by Niko Engineering Company Limited an architectural and engineering services firm located in Ibadan, Nigeria, after working as Admin Assistant in 1990 at Oskar Von Miller Nigeria Limited, a private milling firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. Solomon is a person of high degree of moral value and has flair for solving difficult challenges to achieve set goals. He is a strong team player focused on achieving superior results in the right way at the right time. As a man of integrity, his watch word is righteousness, total dedication and absolute loyalty. Solomon holds a B Sc Surveying (Hons), 1988 and M Sc Surveying & Geoinformatics, 2007 from University of Lagos, a leading Federal University in Nigeria.
