Prior to joining the Company, he has worked with both the public and private sectors to provide proactive and just-in-time solutions in various tech-areas including digitization of medical records, networking, and software development. He holds expertise across a range of topics, including firewall implementation, technology management, user experience design, resilience, and incident response. His core competencies include digital transformation, operational performance, and Agile-driven transformations. Toba earned his Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom, an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, Australia.
